		<description><![CDATA[I got lucky last year while touring the Badlands of South Dakota and saw a mountain bluebird...  Like you said:  right place, right time...   The best place I&#039;ve ever been (so far) for sighting lifelist birds is during spring migration at High Island, Texas.  Those birds just drop when they get across the Gulf.  Amazing!]]></description>
