Six Minutes of Beautiful Birds

Published by at 7:30 am under Books & Events

This month Steve Gosser made a beautiful video of his favorite photos from 2012.  Spend just six minutes and you’ll see some of the best birds western Pennsylvania and Lake Erie shore have to offer.

Peregrine fans, Steve has included peregrines from Presque Isle and Tarentum.

Off topic question: Why are the birds not eating the Nyjer seed in my yard this winter? They usually empty the feeder rapidly, but this winter they haven’t even touched the seed.???

I have the same problem with the nyger seed. I gave up on the sack of seed yesterday & started sprinkling it on ground. Immediately the birds began feasting on it. The mourning doves love out. Go figure!
