I have often heard that “squeaky” sound from your feet when walking in the sand at the beach under certain conditions.

As a kid at Ocean City, MD and more recently at Emerald Isle, NC.

For all the sadness we are experience these few days the “singing sand” is just another miracle of goodness that surrounds us. Thank you so much for showing this to us. Next time I am fortunate to make it to a sandy place I will try this out. I know when the wind blows at a beach where there are few people you do hear sounds but I probably thought it was the wind & not what was beneath by toes. Faith
