Hi Kate.

Paddle Without Pollution had a cleanup on the Allegheny on Saturday and we launched under the Tarentum bridge. A Peregrine put on quite a show, right above our heads. S/he would go into the holes under the bridge and the pigeons would fly out in a panic. It was quite something and we got great views!
