2:00pm, April 23: By now it’s apparent it won’t snow in Pittsburgh. However, the weather system is so large that it’s raining hard in Maine and wrapping around counter-clockwise through Canada and snowing hard in Jamestown, NY where they may get 3-5 inches.

Stay safe. That is the important thing. I heard this a.m., and again, we don’t really know, but the winds near late afternoon are supposed to be strong.
