Rearranging

Published by at 9:44 am under Peregrines

Couldn’t resist posting this photo of Dori rearranging her eggs this morning.

Here she tests the possibilities with her belly.  Are they in the right position?  Almost.

I swear both Dorothy and Dori are miracle workers when it comes to rolling and arranging those eggs.

Has anyone else seen 5 eggs at the Gulf Tower? I thought I saw 5 on Saturday, but Dori and Louie didn’t leave the eggs uncovered long enough to get a screenshot. I took this screenshot this evening.

Good picture, Catherine. You’re the first to mention 5 eggs. Wow!

    Hi Kate,
Thanks for the great pics and interesting facts as are your friends. Your pic of skunk cabbage which flower I have never seen before reminded me I what to dig a few up soon in a public off the beaten track area to put in my yard for great fun and offer as “plants with interest” for friends/coworkers. They would make great gifts. For those who have everything. I do not know the smell yet!

I saw a hawk maybe at East end entrance of Waterfront on US Steel property having a meal on the grass where Canadian Geese usually hang out. I was going to stop to take a pic but with cheap camera I couldn’t probably get close enough for good detail before it took off?

    Later,
    Steve C.
