I have Frank B. Gill's book called Ornithology. I opened it randomly and found out about the W & Z chromosomes and a side note about gynandromorphism. When I googled for images I found this blog as well with photos of a gynandromorph northern cardinal: http://minnesotabirdnerd.blogspot.com/2009/01/i-just-received-coolest-bird-photo-ive.html
