		<description><![CDATA[Can&#039;t tell yet.  I&#039;ve heard nothing from the people who can see the TV monitor downtown.  They have a better view - much clearer - and are usually first to report.  Tasha does have one white wing feather where she ought to be gray.  I have seen it showing on &amp; off today.]]></description>
