I really enjoy your bird blog. The crested caracara really is a cool name and a cool bird too; I hope I get to see one someday.

I want to comment on another type of falcon that's closer to home. I've been checking the peregrine falcon nests online every day since I started reading this blog, but I haven't seen a single falcon until today (March 1). There were two falcons in the Cathedral of Learning nest at 10:10 AM; they looked like they were bowing to each other. One of them flew away and the other remained in the nest alone until 10:19 AM, then it flew away too. I was so excited to get to see them finally! It will be great to see them raise a family together.
