Puccini's La Boheme
It's Christmas Eve in Paris, and the young poet Rodolfo (David Lomeli) meets the love of his life, Mimi (Leah Crocetto). Their time together is a poignant picture of poverty and illness, shared by friends. The entrancing set captures the charm and vigor of 19th-century Paris. Sari Gruber is Musetta, Troy Cook is Marcello, and Kevin Glavin is cast as Benoit/Alcindoro.

Grounded
George Brant's powerful one-woman show follows a gutsy fighter pilot whose unexpected pregnancy puts her career on hold. When she gets back in the game, flying has a whole new meaning: operating remote-controlled drones in Afghanistan from an air-conditioned trailer near Las Vegas. Hunting terrorists by day and being a wife and mother by night, the pilot's struggle to navigate her dual identities is her toughest mission yet.

Transcriptions for Piano and Organ
Pittsburgh pianist Nathan Carterette and organist Edward Alan Moore perform Franz Liszt's Totentanz and George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue; two works originally for piano and orchestra. The orchestral paret will be played on a 1926 Skinner organ ideally suited to orchestral transcription. The program will also include works for solo piano and solo organ.
