Don Juan Comes Back from the War
World War I has just ended. Don Juan, shell-shocked and repentant, returns to Berlin, which is as damaged as he is. On a quest to find the love he left at the altar, he finds himself increasingly at odds with the man he used to be. After years of abstinence, can he resist the debauchery that once made his name? Odon Von Horvath’s startling tale of displacement and isolation in the aftermath of the Great War is presented in a bold new adaptation by award-winning playwright Duncan MacMillan. David Whalen stars. Alan Stanford directs.

Knit the Bridge
Fiberarts Guild of Pittsburgh has organized Knit the Bridge, the largest yarn-bombing event in the US to date. With the assistance of dozens of local organizations and over 1,800 volunteers, they have covered the Andy Warhol Bridge (7th St.) in colorful panels to coincide with Fiberart International, a triennial show now at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts and the Society for Contemporary Craft.
