Chronicling the inner life of the American consumer and performed partially in a storefront and in our theater, STORE is inspired by how and why we buy. Part performance art, part dance party, part replication of the shopping experience, Store is the third work in the American Spaces Trilogy (House, 2006; Car, 2008) by Kate Watson-Wallace, director of anonymous bodies, an interdisciplinary performance company.

Krása's Brundibar
This fabulously designed and fully-staged Sendak production of Krása's charming work is about two children who are determined to get milk for their sick mother. With the help of townspeople and animal friends, they stand up to the town bully. Krása's 1939 opera is a haunting part of Holocaust history. Jonathan Eaton directs an all-children cast. Stephen Neely conducts.
