Auditions for Nutcracker at Carnegie Performing Arts Center
Auditions for dancers, boys and girls, are being held for the annual performance of The Nutcracker, presented by the Carnegie Performing Arts Center. Two weekends of performances are being offered in a full stage production at the historic Andrew Carnegie Music Hall in Carnegie. Director Monica Ryan choreographs the production and rehearsals will take place on Saturday afternoons. Dancers ages 5 through adult are invited to attend the audition on Saturday, October 1. Ages 5 - 12 years old will be seen at 1 p.m. and 13 & up at 2 p.m. The auditions will take place at the studios of the Carnegie Performing Arts Center, the third floor, 150 East Main Street in Carnegie opposite Papa J’s Restaurant.
